About Me and Teachings
I never thought I would become a yoga teacher. When I began practicing yoga and meditation in 2008, I was a teenage girl seeking inner peace from a chaotic outer world.

I completed my first 200 hour teacher training in 2017 because I simply loved the practice. Later that year, I was asked to teach for a local community event. Per my teacher’s guidance, I said, “Yes,” and began teaching for private clients and group classes. In 2018 I traveled to northern India to learn more about the origins of Buddhism, yoga, and meditation. Shortly after, I completed an additional 300 hours of teacher training as I expanded my offerings to studio classes and special events. In 2021, I was asked to host my first mama blessing. Per my teacher’s guidance, I said, “Yes.” Quickly, I became enamored with the power of community. When we come together with a shared intention, we can create worlds, families, and spaces we wish to inhabit.
My offerings span private yoga classes and events, mama blessings, sobriety and wellness coaching, and studio classes along California’s central coast. My studio classes are mostly in Santa Cruz, California. I’ve held events as far north as Pescadero, California and as far south as Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.
I lead a mindful flow, incorporating elements of Ayurveda and trauma-informed language into each class. Whether it’s power vinyasa or slow-flow, I seek to bring balance to each student I encounter. My number one goal is for students to connect deeply to themselves throughout their yoga practice and learn to listen to their inner knowing.

Protecting the Planet

In 2018, I began a full-time career in organic agriculture. Much of my time is spent learning about environmental practices that benefit the land and our climate. With the help of a small but mighty team, we raise millions of dollars annually for organic farmers in the United States. Yoga practices and biodynamic, organic land management practices both align us to our true nature as living beings on this life-giving planet.

Contact me if you'd like to discuss partnership opportunities, content creation, or events on your organic farm.
